4k produced the visual effects for the two part TV feature (ZDF) with the working title "Dr. Hope - Hoffnung kann nicht sterben". In this historical two part TV feature Heike Makatsch plays Hope Bridget Adams, the first woman in Germany who struggled to study medicine and subsequently became a doctor.
