for ZDF's TV Film "Die Tränen der Fische"
After two very successful "Spreewald"-thrillers "Das Geheimnis
im Moor" und "Der Tote im Spreewald", well-known author Thomas
Kirchner again tells a multi-layered story with unique
characters in a magic fairytale-environment. Next to Christian
Redl as Inspector KrĂĽger, the experienced Austrian director
Thomas Roth (known from ORF-thrillers "Trautman") brings out the
brilliant acting skills of Uwe Kockisch, Henry HĂĽbchen and
Matthias Koeberlin. Johanna Klante and Jenny Schily are the
perfect cast to play an authentic couple in this intensive
family-drama. The embedding of various time-levels against the
backdrop of a melancholic magic forest has become almost a
trademark of this thriller-series.
